At the beginning of the year, we achieved the HubSpot top-tier status and became the first and only HubSpot Elite Solutions Partner agency in India. This marked a fresh start to our year, and we later joined the invite-only HubSpot Partner Scaled Onboarding (PSO) program at MakeWebBetter.

Our most anticipated upgrade, “FormPay” began afresh as it was loaded with new features, enabling revamped payment functionalities in HubSpot. The HubSpot Inbound is an annual conference that takes place in Boston. HubSpot defines Inbound as the premier conference that brings together business, marketing, and sales leaders to network, learn, and grow.

We have been part of the HubSpot Inbound since 2019. The Hubspot Inbound 2023 was nothing short of appreciation. For the first time in 9 years of being a certified HubSpot Partner, we felt celebrated when we were invited in-person to the Inbound event.

During the HubSpot inbound conference, HubSpot introduced tons of new features & tools. It was the podium for new HubSpot launches — HubSpot AI, HubSpot Commerce Hub, revamped HubSpot Sales Hub, and more.

Moreover, the attendees were treated to a wealth of knowledge about the evolving eCommerce landscape, during the entire Hubspot inbound conference including the HubSpot Spotlight & Partners Day. During the event, we spent our time there in several meetings with strategic partners. Big players such as Google, TikTok, Buy with Prime, Walmart, Wish, Michaels, Adobe Commerce, WooCommerce, and others were there to discuss the latest trends and innovations in the retail industry.
