How To Create Workflows In MakeWebBetter Connect

Select the App

First, choose an app, for example Google Contacts as the source app where you want to pull data from. This could be adding new contacts or updating existing ones.

Add the Connection

After selecting Google Contacts, you’ll need to establish the connection. Log in to your Google account through MakeWebBetter Connect to authorize the data transfer.

Set the Trigger Action

Now, define the trigger. In this case, the trigger would be whenever a contact is added or updated in Google Contacts. This ensures any changes made in Google Contacts will automatically trigger a data sync to HubSpot.

Select the Destination

After setting up the source trigger, choose an app, say Hubspot, as the destination where you want the data to go.

Add the HubSpot Connection

You will then connect your HubSpot account. Log in to HubSpot through MakeWebBetter Connect and select the specific portal where you want the contact data to sync.

Set the Action in HubSpot

Define what action should happen in HubSpot. In this case, you would choose to update or add a contact in HubSpot whenever there is a new contact or update in Google Contacts.

Map the Mandatory Fields
