Video Ads Conversion Actions at Campaign level

Google Ads has released an update on Video Ads Conversion Actions. A conversion action is the customer action that you have set for a customer to take for your business such as sign-up, download or purchase. You can create conversion actions under the “Conversions” column from “Tools & Settings”.

These actions help in analyzing and optimizing the performance of ads. For Search and Display campaigns with different marketing goals but have specific budgets, you can override these default account-level settings under Campaign Settings → Conversions.

You can choose which conversion actions you want to optimize at the campaign level. From 8 Oct, 19 this campaign-level setting is available for Video campaigns. Now you can create this video ads conversion actions.

You can optimize a particular campaign for multiple conversion actions, by placing them into a “Conversion actions set”. You choose multiple conversion actions which creates a new conversion action set, which you can use with other campaigns as well as having same marketing goal.
