Google is constantly bringing in updates to Google Search Console since it has been restructured. Now, Google Webmasters has stated that they are changing the default time range of the Discover and Search bars from 28 days to 90 days.
It claims-
You may already know, Google Search Console is a free-of-cost service offered by Google that allows you to check indexing status and optimize visibility and performance of websites on Google Search. In Search Console, there is a performance section and as the name suggests it does the same. It shows you the overview of all the data of your site performance from the past few days.
Earlier, this data had the limit of the last 28 days which means that only till last month you can analyze your site performance. But now it is updating to last 90 days that means more data to analyze site performance. Thus making the user experience better.
Although it is a small update but quite a useful one. The performance report is something that is quite useful for both users and also from an SEO point of view. Being able to view larger data on how well your website is performing on both Google Search and Google Discover is beneficial.
