Will all the data be synced between Magento and HubSpot or vice versa?

No. Only the contacts data will be synced from Magento to HubSpot or vice versa, depending on the attribute that will be mapped from the Magento field. The rest of the data will be synced unidirectionally from Magento to HubSpot CRM.
