This review is to share my experience with MakeWeb Better (plugin for Mautic – Woocommerce). I just installed the free version of this plugin and I faced some difficulties when connecting to Mautic ( I was having a strange error when hitting Authorize). I reached out to their website and I asked them on chat for help (of course I didn’t expect to get any help — not the same day at least). Well, I was surprised when Shivam from their support team replied instantly and guided me through the fix for the next half an hour.. And finally, he fixed it himself when I was not able to follow the instructions! I’m surprised and honestly didn’t expect this for the free version users like me (when many times I’ve paid for a plugin or theme and I wait days to get back to me via email). This was one of my best experiences, and I’m already considering the pro version since, except for the great support, we’re also talking about a great tool (maybe the only one with those features). That’s all, and I hope this helps you in case you were wondering if their support is good or not. As far as I can tell from my short experience it’s great!

Really a support of 10. I had a problem with the Woocommerce integration with Mautic as it got out of sync, and they proactively helped me. They answered my questions on how to do it and finally offered to perform the resynchronization themselves. A luxury of support.

We are a consulting company and are running many Mautic Instances. We started using MakeWebBetter Mautic WooCommerce Integration Plugin. Needed to have the abandoned cart encoded html into our mailers and after trying to follow online directions we were a bit stumped. Shubham Verma got hold of me on skype, helped out with the code, made all corrections, helped me implement it and verified everything was working 100%. Got to say one of the best online support experiences this year!!

Hi,
I truly appreciate that makewebbetter always provide, what they commit. The Mautic Integration for WooCommerce has turned to be a positive change for my store. With this, my most of the manual tasks like sending emails, creating campaigns etc. are now automated. The Contact Nurturing tools has properly organized my marketing campaign which was previously unordered and disintegrated.
I am happy to have it, this has enhanced my marketing, so as yours.
