How does it work?
→ Initially, activate the add-on and enable the add-on to function properly.
→ The HubSpot Deals will be ready in two small steps. It includes running setup for:
• New Pipeline on HubSpot for Deals ( “WooCommerce Sales Pipeline”).
• New custom groups and properties for HubSpot Deals.
→ Deals will be auto-created for each order on the store placed by either guest or registered customer.
→ Deals will be assigned to at least one contact that has placed the order. The contacts are checked or updated automatically over HubSpot.
→ We assign the closing date to deals in following way:
• If an order is found with “processing” or “completed” status, the deal will be closed on the same date.
• If any other order status then we add 7 days more to the closing date as giving more time to orders to be in completed or processed stage.
• On updating order on the store, the deal stage and close date will be auto-updated accordingly.
→ Details regarding the products and other information will be saved in the deal custom group and properties.
